The Thank You Foundation takes part in Blue Star Ceremony at Mason High School

Foundation honors four new recruits

Mason, Ohio - May 17, 2007 - The Blue Star Mothers held a ceremony on Thursday at Mason High School to honor those who serve and new recruits who will be leaving soon for basic training.

The Thank You Foundation took part in the ceremony by presenting Certificates of Appreciation to the four new recuits:

  • Stephen Goetz
  • Mark Knott
  • Richard Thieken
  • Adrian Davidson

David Adams who is not pictured will be receiving a certificate at a later date.

The ceremony began outside at the flag pole where a new American flag was presented and raised while the choir sang The National Anthem. Members of the local American Legion, AMVETS, and VFW were also on hand for the ceremony.
