The Silver Star Families of America and The Thank You Foundation want to say THANK YOU to our Veterans for their blood sacrifice, injuries and sicknesses they obtained while serving our country outside of a war zone or in peacetime. Many served and gave their best to the United States of America and they will never be forgotten.

Please fill out the form below to request a certificate. The Thank You Foundation will process all request to verify legitimacy. Certificates will be processed and mailed as funds and resources are made available.
