The Cincinnati Veterans Hospital is currently making plans to move its nursing home and hospice center from Fort Thomas to its Vine Street location. With that move, plans are being laid to develop a new community living center. The center will consist of a nursing home, assisted care living, and hospice care.
To honor and pay tribute to the Veterans that will be residing in the center and for the thousands of Veterans the Cincinnati VA treats annually, a group has formed together to build a Veterans Tribute Plaza on the grounds of the new Community Living Center.

Their service, sacrifice, and legacy should be appropriately honored.
The Veterans Tribute Plaza will be a living memorial to the service and sacrifice to all Cincinnati area Veterans and the plaza will be a beautiful and peaceful place for both residents and visitors to enjoy.
With your help, we can provide a wonderful living memorial to our veterans. This group is asking all citizens to make a contribution to honoring those that have given so much for our freedom.
For over 200 years our soldiers, sailors, airman, and marines have strived to secure peace and freedom all over the world. These men and women have fought and died in order to defeat the forces of tyranny and dictatorship and have strived to establish a sense of honor and decency and respect for all of mankind.
Former President Ronald Reagan once said, "Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction". Consider doing your part to help honor those generations past and present by making a contribution.
You may also honor a loved one by purchasing a brick that will be placed around the plaza. Each brick can be engraved with the name of the Veteran or message.
| Brick Size | Cost | |
| 4 x 8 | $35.00 | |
| 6 x 12 | $70.00 | |
| 12 x 12 | $1000.00 |
